Mass Effect Trilogy: Spectre edition
All 3 games and DLCs inside the N7 helmet, with a Spectre badge.
One can dream.
That would be worth paying extra for.
I am pretty calm dude.
and Mass Effect's Main Story is ending at ME3 anyway I'm pretty sure :v:
Shepard's story* :eng101:
"Characters that Bioware says will be playable to some extent.
Liara"
Instant buy.
Damn absolutely. But what about her being a [sp]Shadow Broker[/sp]?
Fuck, just though I will wait this info about ME3 for months. But it's tomorrow, and we got it. And it's fucking great. Liara with Shepard again, new awesome Ashley, new Sanders companion (which can possibly mean that we finally see Cali Sanders), Wrex may be with Shep too and probably we will kill that motherfucker Illusive Man.. I just can't wait for ME3.
Feron could substitute.
Maybe. VI could too, I guess.
Why are characters are always getting bigger Tits when Bioware builds a sequel like in DA2,
I am scared to see if Liara will now resemble her mother
'Climax of Entropy' would be a good name for an indie rock band
Or I could be talking out my arse
Nah in the Earth codex they talk about how it's still as typical
Earth is still divided among nation-states, though all are affiliated beneath the overarching banner of the Systems Alliance. While every human enjoys longer and better life then ever, the gap between rich and poor widens daily. Advanced nations have eliminated most genetic disease and pollution. Less fortunate regions have not progressed beyond 20th century technology, and are often smog-choked, overpopulated slums.

Huh. Does that mean if we go to earth we'll see people using aks and other conventional firearms in underdeveloped nations? I'd love to see a technical with a mounted aa gun driving straight at a reaper.
That image of the Reapers searching the city looks awesome
No more Legion or Mordin in my team? Is sad day.
Only other thing I realized I left out is that they watched a video of a segment involve a krogan vehicle train with Shepard riding along, and as it goes a Reaper comes down from the sky to attack. Shepard's vehicle is destoryed, and fighting the thing is impossible on foot. Then a Thresher Maw comes out of the ground and attacks the Reaper. The Thresher gets the upper hand by coiling itself around the Reaper, then drags it underground. It gets quiet, and seems to be over, then laser fire begins erupting from the ground, and Shepard decides this is a good place not to be. It then trails off into a description of how everything is so much bigger than the previous games.
See on the one hand it's kinda lame that a reaper would be taken down by one of those, but on the other hand oh god bioware shut up and take my money
Well it says that laser fire begins erupting from the ground, so it doesn't mean that the reaper has been defeated, its just, well, underground.

Well, It's only grabbed. And that scene where it starts to fire LAz0rz seems amazing. I hope we see a lot of big scale stuff, Almost like when Sovereign lifted from Eden prime, but better

yeah true, though I thought reapers were like 10 times the size of a thresher maw. Unless there's much much bigger maws we just haven't seen yet.
Still it sounds fucking awesome.

Maybe the threasher maw we met on Tuchanka was just newborn and pissed at you for bothering it while it took it's first baby glances of the charred world around it...
Shepard you bastard, Killing cute Thresher babies :gonk:
Also, This image was on the article about the potential Mass effect Anime. Sums up my fears neatly

Well Threshers breed like Sarlaccs, and in Star Wars, they could get absolutely enormous, we've probably seen smaller ones.
Those can't be full-sized Reapers, right? I mean they're supposed to be over a kilometer long.
[editline]8th April 2011[/editline]
I mean in the image, and hearing that tresher maw story it seems that those are babby reapers or whatever
Reapers are about 2km in length
I just had a brainfart:
1) if the Alpha relay is the first mass effect relay ever built then maybe that means the Reapers have an auto-teleportation device installed in their bodies so it takes them to the whichever relay they choose if the Alpha or any other relay is destroyed. Maybe this auto-teleport apparatus alerts the Reapers that the organic life is destroying the extinction cycle.
2) it's been millions upon millions of years since the first Reapers(I think so) started killing organic life. Maybe this means the squid have built mass effect relays in outer Milky Way galaxy, just for faster travel if anything happened. This concludes that the Arrival plot was all just a distraction, just to reach the true closest mass effect relay.
I doubt any squadmate will be absent in ME3 barring death. Also, hopefully the "comicbook beginning" will be benefitial to poor Irishmen like myself who can't afford to get the DLC.
i wonder if reapers have been to other universe's and so on.

The reapers looks very small in that one.
The reapers looks very small in that one.
Would make sense to bring some smaller ones. Being 2 km big might not always be an advantage
Would make sense to bring some smaller ones. Being 2 km big might not always be an advantage
Yeah, I think they were implying small Reapers with the one [sp]walking in the Presidium.[/sp]
But that just begs the question; how many Sovereign-sized Reapers are there?
Baby reapers.
Baby reapers.
In the squadmate trailer for ME2 Grunt faught a HUGE thresher maw, way bigger than anything in the games. I think we haven't seen the biggest there is yet.
So destroying the Alpha Relay hasn't delayed the Reapers - just prevented them from reaching any star system in the galaxy in moments.
Damn, I can't remember if my last issue of Game Informer in my subscription was the Saints Row issue, or Mass Effect's.
I'll be pissed if it's the latter.
I wonder how they're going to explain Ashley's new look. Most likely she got more training and became an N7 operative, as well. She wouldn't quit the military to be a housewife or some shit.

That was the whole point of Arrival - delay them by about a week or so, spread a warning to ready up.

Longest 'week or so' ever.
