Yeah, They see the genophage as a '"slight disadvantage". That's badass. Quarians.. Well, Too keep a flotilla that size and shape running, That takes some brain, But they are too weak for direct combat. I could see them as the artillery part of a fleet though. Take the enemies out from long range with powerful weapons

Yeah, but there aren't too many who would say they hate krogan to a krogan's face, since he would most likely kill you in a horrible fashion. I'd say most krogans recieve a certain amount of respect, even if it's only based on fear.
It's much easier to take it out on the quarians who can't even fight back properly. I mean the only thing you have to do in a fight is cough on them.
