I don't know much about what's going to happen in ME3, but I hope they don't limit the location to just Earth.
Earth is only the prologue. Based on the GI scans, it looks like we may be on the Moon, Citadel, and I believe the Salarian homeland and (presumably) Tuchanka were also mentioned. [editline]15th April 2011[/editline] Now I can call him Tim.
There are some who call him... Tim?
What I want to see in ME3 beside other things: Turian, Salarian and Krogan females. I have no fetish but it bugs me that we have two games already and we didn't see any of the other gender. I'm glad they actually showed Quarian males. We even visited Tuchanka and the only female corpse you get to see is covered by cloth. I know they might look almost the same, but it always bugged. Or where are the children?
All she does is tease you a little and then "no sorry, justicar code and all" then walks off. Shep just got shot down.
Sorry I'm a day late but I felt the need to correct this. If I remember correctly, it's not even the Justicar code, which doesn't prohibit romance, she's just flatout not interested.
Granted the last time she got hitched her children turned into Vampires literally
Might be a bit of hesitation left from that, Granted :v:
Granted the last time she got hitched her children turned into Vampires literally
good point, but can't asari stop theirselves from getting impregnated so easily? i mean, can't they just fuck for fun? to put it literally?

If you pick the right options, she says that if she were still a matron(?) she'd do you on the floor right then and there.
I'd really like to see how things turn out with the Geth and Quarians. Especially what the Geth do behind the Perseus Veil and if and how they may or may not help you.
I bet the whole situation with the Geth changes drastically if you were retarded and sold Legion in ME2. If you do that, Shepard and everyone else would still be believing that the Heretics represent all Geth.
I'd really like to see how things turn out with the Geth and Quarians. Especially what the Geth do behind the Perseus Veil and if and how they may or may not help you.
Snippets of Legion dialogue in the Legion Voice video suggests you go to the Quarian Homeworld and discover archived evidence of the Morning War. In fact, to expand on that; since the archives would contain far more then just that (it's said in the codex that they also contain the personalities of ancestors) wouldn't that mean we can see a Quarian unmasked? Furthermore, I can bet you that choosing to side with the Quarians will result in us seeing them without their masks.
ME3 sounds like it's gearing up to be fucking incredible. I mean, as many questions as the Reaper vs Thresher Maw fight raises, that'd be fucking INCREDIBLE to see in ME3. Like on par with the cutscenes towards the end of ME1, if not better in terms of epicness.
I've got a problem with my Mass Effect. Whenever I start a character, it goes to the part where it views the world out from the window before showing Shepard's backside. As it pans across the planet, it stops, and the sound stutters. I get a general protection fault error, which shouldn't happen, considering i updated to the latest patch and everything. The text from the error is as follows:
History: Gmatrix 2D::Swap Address = 0x10bb5ed6 RaiseException() Address = 0x7c812afb Cxx()ThrowException = 0x78158e89 Gmatrix2D::Swap = 0x10da7e83
I have Windows XP SP3, a Geforce 9800 GTX+, up to date drivers, 3326 mb of ram, and an AMD Athlon II X2 250 processor. If anyone has any idea what's wrong, or needs any information, can you please PM me?
Just a short question I'm wondering if i can create a separate copy of my save and do things differently in it. Meaning instead of pressing NEW GAME, i can't just switch both of the saves. Like 1-Paragon 2-Badass

That made me hard.
So I was messing around with texmod and.. Grade A background material.

Like Bulletstorm (which wasn't too great) had that giant wheel thingy early in the game splitting mountains in half and chasing you.
I thought it was pretty fun.
Most likely it will be similar to ME2 with a series of set pieces like the Collector Ship and Horizon. Hopefully with more of them so everything is more story based and instead of a small progression in a fight, the plot continues. Not too much to ask really. Should work out well and the side missions don't feel like pointless completionist endeavours like they did in ME1. As long as there is something to them and they feel like you are accomplishing something relevant to the central plot, I'm more than happy to do them.

Then you have all kinds of issues like people just waiting in the same spot, meaning you have to have it as a sit and defend while this shit goes on moment. Or people could just take too long to kill them in which case it needs to force some kind of conclusion after a while. Or people might not even notice it so you need to make sure they realise this shit is still going on.
USER ALERT-MAIN REACTOR SHUT DOWN IN ACORDANCE WITH CONTAINMENT... SHUT THE HELL UP!!!!

"Wrex." "Shepard." [editline]Edited:[/editline] What happens if you go through both Mass Effect games without nailing anyone? Is that even possible? There's got to be some reward for resisting some of those fine alien specimens and keeping it professional.

Vorcha are the fucking best. A romanceable vorcha would be amazing. "RAAAAARRRGGGHHHH, I TEAR YOUR FACE, PUT DICK IN YOU."
Considering the amount of horny gamers that had played Mass Effect 1 and/or 2, no.
I may try it sometime.
Nothing happens. I know I've done it before.
Anyone notice that star in the ME1 ending is the one in ME2... And that colors just like in ME1 change depending on your alignment (Paragon/Renegade)
Only noticed when someone pointed it out to me. I don't pay that much attention to the colour of things and because there's so much time between playthroughs, I don't remember such small details. Not like the colour of a star is relevant though.
I'm sure this specific star that keeps changing colors depending on your morality choices is either A symbolic detail, B red herring, C some crazy unknown plot point
I think the star is just for show, whether you were a total dick or a goody two-shoes(though doing some small dick moves won't effect it). Though I hope the interactive comic with ME3 also allows you to choose some choices from ME1 since I really wouldn't want to do it all over again just to do all multiple endings.
