It depends on the difficulty, on Insanity it needs to be almost 100%, less for other game modes. I would recommend 85%+ to make sure.
It scales to your level. All paragon/renegade gates do.
I'd like a black and blue Normandy. Blue seems like a nice, optimistic, hopeful colour. Not entirely fitting with ME3's theme, but... I dunno... fuck, maybe it could a reference to how even when you think there's no hope left, there always is... or some bullshit like that. Fuck, I dunno.
Plus it'd look cool.
So you want the Normandy to look like a giant flying bruise?
Just a random thought.
Mass Effect's intro texts were inspired from Star Wars, and in Star Wars the always explain what happens between the events of the movies. This could work with Mass Effect 3's intro text explaining the events of Arrival.
So you want the Normandy to look like a giant flying bruise?
That'd be kick ass, and on the side below "Normandy SR3" you could have the words "you should see the other ship!"

Shepard has had enough of Normandy's snide insinuations.
May i recall a certain rear-admiral making snide insinuations. (hehe, rear-admiral sounds like an innuendo)
Oh my fucking god what is that thing
What Miranda would've looked like if she wasn't genetically engineered.

I'd hate to see that inflate any further. It looks bad enough as it is.

Media tag that.
Huh. Got the maintenance entrance pass TWICE on Noveria. Once for convincing Dr. Cohen just to give it to me out of the goodness of his heart, and the second time for saving his scientists.
What, i dont remember a maintinence pass, just the garage one.
also, just for no reason,

I always wondered why you randomly started shooting those ERCS guards in Peak 15.

What part? If you mean in the offices, it's because you're retrieving data for that turian in the lounge and the guards are there illegally, and you're also trespassing etc.

Peak 15 is Benezia's base. If you take an alternative route, you find a dozen ERCS guards patrolling in a corridor and they think that it's a good idea to start shooting at you.
Oh yeah that.
[editline]20th April 2011[/editline]
Orders from Benezia.
[editline]20th April 2011[/editline]
Since you're trespassing.
I just did Legion's loyalty mission and got 30 Renegade points for [sp]killing the Heretic Geth[/sp]? [sp]Indoctrinating them[/sp] seems a lot less ethically sound to me...
Please don't tell me you get 30 Paragon points for [sp]overwriting them[/sp].
Spoiler'd.

Oh well. It's probably going to bite me on the arse in Mass Effect 3...
Well don't you kind of just 'fix' an error in the Heretics rounding of mathematical answers by rewriting them more or less? Legion gave the example that the Heretic's had a rounding error which was propagated through higher order thinking and eventually led them to the belief that Sovereign was right.

Bioware kind of ruined an otherwise interesting, morally ambiguous choice, by assigning paragon and renegade points to it, basically assigning one choice as "good" and the other as "bad"

All of the loyalty quests had paragon/renegade options at their climax. I guess they just wanted Legion's to fit in with the rest of them. Doesn't mean they necessarily think one is more evil/good than the other. Hell, even Shepard and co. can express concern over the moral ambiguity of the situation (if you rewrite them).
