S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Series Megathread - We have death during loading - does Minecraft?

Every mod I try :saddowns: This time I tried LURK and I get this crash when starting a new game. This is very frustrating :smithicide:

I'll probably also start on Redux, I'm just not too fond of CoP

Edit: I tried 1.0004 and for the hell of it patched to 1.0005 and neither work.

They say that Static Lightning is probably the best way to go with LA, since they apparently made it look the best with it on. Most of their ModDB screenshots are taken on Static Lightning.

Actually, I think I've seen Dez comment on that they've reaching the finishing stages regarding the FDL optimization, but it's still recommended to be played in SL.

Okay what the fuck
So I attack the Bookstore with Vano and Sokolov, and they suddenly start to hate me when I killed all the monolithians. I quickly ran to the huge pile of crap and accidentally press F and Degty starts to INVESTIGATE.
Meanwhile Sokolov is humping Degty and Degty doesn't give a fuck and just speaks to the radio.
Then Sokolov falls to the ground, starts to cry for momma and dies.
So did Vano.
I'll quote the commander: "Hmmm this is all very strange"
