You can see the specs on the wikipedia article. STALKER needs hardware that is literally 20 years ahead of whats in the Commodore 64. Didn't see that. But it's most likely using integrated graphics, which isn't enough.

Well yeah, they post all specs but no mention of a graphics card, so it's most likely integrated. Stalker can run on integrated graphics though.
