It's a cocktail with a small amount of alcohol in it, 3.5%. So it is pretty much impossible to get intoxicated on it :v:

Also the stealth in this game is hilariously broken. A bandit can snipe you with a Makarov in pitch black darkness from a mile away but you can take out a whole army if you hide in a little patch of darkness. Example seen below.
