How's everybody? Sorry I haven't been in here in so long. But anyways what's going on? And why is there a Librarian in the zone? Do they behave the same way as in Metro 2033? If so I'm screwed. I could never figure it out.
Wow. In People Soup it costs 100,000 RU to enable the level changer between the Bar and the Army Warehouses. :geno: I don't think that's worth it, because you can just go from the Bar to the ATP, and use a teleport there to go to the Army Warehouses...
Snitch also gave me a mission in the Swamps but he didn't tell me how to get there.

There is an objective point thing on the map though, so it might tell me how to get there...

Try getting there in NLC, its a fucking pain in the ass. I just gave up from the sheer difficulty and I was on rookie.

Why would you put a magnification scope on a shotgun?
Also Saiga without a pistol grip looks silly. It's an AK variant, keep it that way.

Dude that's exactly what I was thinking when I put it on my saiga last night in LURK. I didn't even know you could do that.
That happens all the time to me. They more or less lead the dogs into the library because of that.
I wonder what would happen if I actually played SoC Vanilla... I mean I haven't done that in like three years.
Yea, SoC vanilla is kind of alienating to me. I just can't see myself playing it and not go "my god that looks so bad" or "my god how can this thing work that way?"
I've been thinking of playing SoC through vanilla'ish with the newer version of ZRP I haven't tried before. It apparently adds new level changers, I'm intrigued.
Personally, after trying all these crazy mods the only vanilla Stalker game I can play anymore without going "Wahh this is bad" is CoP vanilla.
CoP is by far the best game unmodded in terms of stability.

Play the game without mods then play with whatever mod you want.
I don't know what you guys are talking about. I started up a game of vanilla while I was waiting for People Soup to download and I still loved it. Extra features are nice but there's just something about playing a simpler version of it again.
