I don't know enough about the game to think of a title.
Why not just call it STALKER 2 or STALKER 2: The Wrath of Chernobyl?

I don't know what you're exactly aiming for with this but I think that when the A.I is in combat mode(ie have seen the player, they should see through the bushes if it's not really dark and/or foggy but shoot with a bit more limited accuracy to reflect that. Preventing them from seeing through bushes altogether would gimp the A.I a bit too much.
They should be less observant after the player/other enemies have left their LOS for some time and return to an elevated alert and after that into normal state.
With better stealth mechanics and improved A-Life it would be awesome to see the return of entire hostile/restricted faction bases in STALKER 2, preferably with multiple entry points like the Dark Valley factory and the Water Treatment Plant in Call of Pripyat :allears: .
Also, implementing it so that the bases actually function : the bandits return part of their loot to their traders and increase their armament. Also, assigning new npc's to take the places of dead snipers(I wish the stalkers could climb ladders :saddowns: and foot patrols around the perimeter to ensure that no hostiles get through.
Ok this is pissing me off.
I've reinstalled Call of Pripyat multiple times, restarted steam, verified the cache, defragmented the cache... Nothing is working. It will not launch. I'm not running Xfire, which wouldn't even cause the problem. The Xray engine doesn't even show up in the task manager's process tab. Can someone help? Or am I shit outta luck?

Ahh, I love/hate this particular part of road. It always seems to have horrible battles going on it because damn near everything that spawns into the army warehouses seems to come through that particular level changer :v: .

What is weird to me with that road is that even if everyone heads to Rostok/Bar through it, nobody seems to get to Rostok/Bar.
There's a spawn hidden under the road near the end. I saw a bloodsucker and a bunch of mutants coming from there once, in OL. Imagine Sid's bunker door, buried in the left side of the road. That's where they came from.

Well the Tunguska Event was a large explosion over Russia which destroyed the wildlife in an 8km radius and caused all sorts of weird shit to happen including "anomalies". (Changes in the composition of plant material, etc.)
Sounds like it fits STALKER fairly well in my opinion.
They've got a ton of books that they could base some stuff off. I don't see why they would need to move into a new zone, they've proven they can come up with all sorts of stuff.

So I'm playing I WORK ALONE and am doing the mission where I'm supposed to overlook the deal between the mercs and their source. Guy hands me the SVD and I go to the window only to find this:
