What mod is that?
Also can't you just keep loading up an earlier save until weather changes or something?
~Tunguska RydaZZ~
It's I WORK ALONE...
and yeah, the weather changes when you load, I was just complaining about how unlucky this was on this mission
These STALKER 2 titles have me hyped. I hope for a small reveal soon.
The only title I like is Curse of the Zone. I mean SoC, CoP and Cs.
Like I said to Thorny on steam; Curse of the Cheesy.
Finally getting CoP on Friday. :D
No mods.
No, not fucking complete either.
NO MODS.
Oh lawd I got the bug/glitch with the dogs harassing Vano and Sokolov. Shot at them with a shotgun and Vano and Sokolov turned on me. Was hilarious.
Well the Tunguska Event was a large explosion over Russia which destroyed the wildlife in an 8km radius and caused all sorts of weird shit to happen including "anomalies". (Changes in the composition of plant material, etc.)
Sounds like it fits STALKER fairly well in my opinion.
Except Tunguska was a meteorite air burst, but ok.

Is that so certain?
I see Stalker bugging around with Ace of Spades just like it does with minecraft...
"AoC got greyscreen, does Stalker/Minecraft ?" :argh:
I hope they just call it STALKER 2
Clear sky is the only subtitle they've come up with that isn't awful

Minecraft has blackscreen.
Minecraft has blackscreen.
And Stalker has death-during-loading-screen :smug:
And some time ago, minecraft had brick-screen on certain ATI cards.
It fucked up the settings, by turning all the settings to the minimum, making the screen gray, forcing you to use the second display port.
Guess how many minecraft players knew of such wizardry?

The quality of the game is inverse to the quality of the name.
[sp]I loved the shit out of CS[/sp]
Why does the gate halfway down the stairs to the 100 rads bar with the guy in it going "come here stalker" never open. It just says "press E to open door" but it doesn't open. that guy probably has a whole other story that you would be able to play if you could open that damn door. probably would've added 10-12 thousand hours of gameplay time
Is I Work Alone a good mod? Looking at the feature list, it looks like Redux. :v:

Oh, and mods that do this are dumb.
Minecraft has blackscreen.
That is what happens when a Java error appears on screen and halts the renderer. Haven't had it happen in about a year for me and I play Minecraft nearly every day

Also seeing as the STALKER 2 quest competition is probably over I'd like to share what I submitted with my friend. The original version is about 5 pages long and had to be cut down severely.
The Legend of the Great Chimera Rider
Quest idea by Alex “Kingo64” Martuccio and Timothy “Draicia” Gibson
Age old folk tales in the zone tell of a bearded wizard man whose affinity for the occult granted him the ability to tame wild zone beasts. The story mentions that a close relationship with the second Chernobyl blast fractured his soul and left him with a great spiritual connection with the zone. Accounts of his great journeys filtered through the ranks of Stalkers, but the one incident pertaining to the Propast (Пропасть) Gorge is by far the most known and memorable. Facing a gap filled with anomalies, the great chimera rider was confronted with an almost insurmountable challenge. Running briskly into a pack of wild chimera, clad only in his underclothes – the man promptly captured and tamed the greatest specimen. Early in the morning, a group of bandits gathered, and were able to witness the Great Chimera Rider as he glided swiftly across the gap. The bandits, both amazed and confused at what they had seen, returned to their camp to find all of their supplies missing – replaced with a brief note scrawled on dirtied paper, its reading was cryptic and contained strange symbols – an unknown language.
And so the player is informed by a reclusive, intoxicated and mysterious bar patron of the legend of Kingo Sigzdivor and his Chimera, ‘Draicarius’. The player refuses to believe this story, and insists on travelling to the gorge to investigate further. Upon finding the large gorge in a twisted swamp the player comes across a pack of Chimera feasting on a Stalker’s corpse, after killing them – a PDA on the body reveals that the dead Stalker was attempting to retrace the Great Chimera Rider’s footsteps and had even struggled to befriend a Chimera. Also on this person is a note covered with undecipherable writing made up of Cyrillic type letters. After returning to the bar for further information, the player finds the odd alcoholic missing, a hastily written note in his place. It reads: “In chronology, we gain flight in the dead of night.” A drawn image of a fantasy- like bridge that has been severed shown underneath the text. There are emphasized sparkles reaching across the gap and a large, slightly off centre moon in the sky in this illustration.
When the player returns to the gap, he is expected to discover the true meaning of the note – which is that by chronology the old man meant “123, or 01:23am” (the time the Chernobyl incident began). By waiting until this time, the player witnesses a strange shimmer bridge the gap - it makes the air that it occupies solid enough to step across. This allows the player to traverse the gorge and reach a secluded thicket where the old man sits in camp – he is accompanied by a tamed Chimera. Through dialogue the old drunkard reveals that he is in fact the Great Chimera Rider, and after this revelation remarks that ‘he sees a great deal of his spirit in you’. As a result, he gives you a gift, a ‘Fossilised Chimera Heart’ – this artefact can either improve the player’s jump power, increase their endurance and / or stamina or make Chimera’s ignore the player.
