It seems like it's just a lot of stress on their servers. I did it no problem about two hours ago.
I have a character on normal, can I join my friends that are on veteran?
I rated 1 guy dumb and you assume I got an auto rater? No, I manually click the icon. Why do so many people care about ratings...
Why use the rating system if you don't want people to care?
It seems like it's just a lot of stress on their servers.
I have a character on normal, can I join my friends that are on veteran?
Yep. Difficulty is based on the current server or game, not character.
anyone wants to team up with level 3 engi?
Ugh. Level 25 Engi and I feel like I've totally fucked my shit up.
cant wait for mods to reset your skills fully and all that. also I wonder how they're going to deal with mods in mp, how thats going to work between multiple players.
cant wait for mods to reset your skills fully and all that. also I wonder how they're going to deal with mods in mp, how thats going to work between multiple players.
Probably along the lines of calculating a hash for all the mods used and if the other people's don't match they can't join.
Holy shit Finally I've linked my Steam account to Runic Multiplayer here I come
Dexterity on embermage?
How to make everyone love you; Step 1: Pick engineer Step 2: Pump points into healbot Step 3: Stand beside other party members and bask in the unconditional love
I think the water guardian area is bugged for me. I just get trapped in a never ending mob spawn room...
They've changed and added SO MUCH since the beta. So worth the wait. Now I'm just conflicted between spending time on this, or Borderlands 2. They just HAD to come out 2 days apart didn't they?
Yeah its sad TL2 was literally going to be a day 1 purchase for me, and I really want to get it still but Fact of the matter is I'm not going to try and juggle this game and Borderlands 2 at the same time, especially since they have a very similar design philosophy and come from the same "style" of game, even if one is a shooter and the other is hack and slash top-down. If they just would have released this a month earlier I would have gotten it, or at the very least not released it during the time a bunch of other bank-destroying games I really want to play over it are coming out.
I got overexcited that multiplayer worked and dove into a crowd of enemies by accident and died on the first server I joined. :(
Someone mentioned a mod that made merchants not fucking retarded? Because seriously, if my dog and I almost died getting this shiny glowstick axe, I want more than 60 gold for it.
"Mansmasher" - Should be name Manhoodsmasher, this thing is a beast, shame only one gem slot, but it does gib mobs a lot.

What skills are worth leveling on outlander? so far i put a point on rapid fire, a few on the first glaives, 4 on the range passive, 2 on the evasion passive, 2 on shadowlings, and 1 on powershot, I have like 4 skill points that I have yet to use And about stats, what other stat aside from dextery I should be focusing on?
As much as I hate gambling, try it out here. This guy seems to be loaded with unique items.
very slow attack speed :v
Did you actually notice the stats? It has speed boost +18% and gems adds another 4.5% so it's actually fast weapon now.

I would probably level STR more than DEX and keep VIT up but not super high unless you want to be extremely tanky.
Oh man, I just got an awesome greatsword, 360 dps, shreds armor, will upgrade after I kill 20 mechanical creatures, and has an ember slot.
The only mods I want tbh are more armor types. I've been such a customization whore ever since games like City of Heroes and the like were released.
Some of the miniboss names are amusing, so far I've seen a 'Manmangler" and "Facesmasher"
How come the npc's I find like the enchanter don't show up in the starting area?
How come the npc's I find like the enchanter don't show up in the starting area?
The travelling merchants don't move into towns, only the ones you come across as part of a quest.

I'm either building my character completely wrong or the difficulty curve in this game is fucking crazy.
The travelling merchants don't move into towns, only the ones you come across as part of a quest.
That's fucking stupid.
