Is there a character editor yet for Torchlight 2 like there was for 1? Would love to have one right now.

why do i get a cthulhu-ish feeling of the nether thralls after all, thralls are cthulhus starspawns in the lovecraft universe
I'm not very good at this but how do you calculate different outputs that has different stats to be the best? [editline]23rd September 2012[/editline]

I'm level 35, name's Fadakar ingame, currently hosting "Fuck salt" on Veteran, 5 open slots. Join me?
why do i get a cthulhu-ish feeling of the nether thralls after all, thralls are cthulhus starspawns in the lovecraft universe
I thought of those STALKER enemies with the squid faces honestly.
I thought of those STALKER enemies with the squid faces honestly.
Bloodsuckers? Fuck bloodsuckers.
Yeah I've just been putting all my points into the skills that are in the Glaive tree (whatever it's called) but the only active skill I ever really use is the Glaive Throw. I'll just spawn another respec potion and try out something different. Though not all of the Outlander passives seem all that great... are they that important?
all of them except shadowling ammo/the passive for it are great. shadowlings are good if you need to be aggroed slightly less, nothing teaching your pet a summon spell won't fix. [editline]23rd September 2012[/editline]
any tips for outlander? [editline]23rd September 2012[/editline] Ah, now that I see this this is pretty much what I'm doing: Maxing out glaive throw and tangle shot, and putting points into passives.
as someone who has put 6 points into tangle its kinda bad. either it has a chance to miss the shot or it's not actually 100% chance to immobilize.
As an Embermancer the starting fire spell and prismatic shot are seeing me through just about every fight I go into while I sink the rest of my points into passives. Any other decent direct damage spells I should look at picking up? Going to respec soon anyway, as prismatic shot will be largely useless as my current crowd control spell when I can just replace it with some big AoE attack

The ice blink is an useful skill too.
How do I respec? I heard of spawning some sort of potion?
How do I respec? I heard of spawning some sort of potion?
You have to spawn it through the console. To access the console, you must edit your settings.txt -file (found in "C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\Runic Games\Torchlight 2\save\<numbers>"). You must change the value at "CONSOLE :0" to "CONSOLE :1". After this you can access the console ingame with pressing insert key. Using the console flags your character as "suspicious" online, so I'd only recommend doing this if you're not that interested in playing random online games, since this way you are bound to be kicked out pretty quickly. [editline]23rd September 2012[/editline] oh and you spawn the potion by typing "respecpotion" in the console. The potion itself will drop in front of you after you enter it.
First Borderland 2, then Torchlight 2 :

almost 50k players currently in-game, only 0,4% of them have found a legendary? well shit
What's a legendary item anyway? Does it just have really high stats and a low drop rate/annoying method to get it?
I lied, I also want the classes to be proportioned differently via modding, or at least like a hero scaler when you reroll.
Outlander's Rapid Fire is super neat. I almost don't even auto attack anymore.
anyone else notice the joe dirt easter egg in the slaver's catacombs place?
anyone else notice the joe dirt easter egg in the slaver's catacombs place?
That's in the 3rd act, right? Also anyone need someone for Co-op? My account name is VietnameseRooster. Level 41 or so.
What's a legendary item anyway? Does it just have really high stats and a low drop rate/annoying method to get it?
Pretty much. I got my first in a map thing after finishing the game. sucks it was a wand and I wont use it for awhile or until I get an Embermage leveled up Here it is: [img_thumb]http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/578968095668179190/459035FD246D6CB0887DF9FE303FC01DB168F9AA/[/img_thumb]
So I finished off last boss and I'm done, now to do maps, took me 10-11 hours.
took me 10-11 hours.
That's rather short.
Isn't there a merchant at the town that also does rebuilds?
That's rather short.
I rerolled my character and started on casual, if it takes 10-11 hours do each single difficulty it adds another 30 hours? Then you get maps and co-op.
That's rather short.
It doesn't feel like a super-long game. I'm nearing done with Act II and I've got 8 or 9 hours. I think that's a good length for an action-RPG like this, though. I have a hard time sitting through 40+ hours of mashing number keys and quaffing potions. Plus, it's $20... you can't really fault it for its length at that price.
