I bought Doom 3 and didn't notice it was the BFG edition. Is it better or worse than the original?
Enhanced textures shouldn't make a game worse.
Enhanced textures shouldn't make a game worse.
Didn't the BFG edition have some major issues with it that the original did not?
Enhanced textures shouldn't make a game worse.
It doesn't have better textures. It just doesn't support most mods and moves flashlight to the shoulder of your dude so you don't have to equip it manually.
Bought the Doom 3 BFG edition as well. I own the original and the expansion, but £5 to get actual widescreen support and some extras is well worth it to me.
Does the PC version of Doom 3 BFG Edition include Doom 1, Doom 2 and Doom 3 Resurrection of Evil? I played the 360 version and it had those. [editline]32nd Nevuary 2552[/editline] Yes it does.
Is kerbal space program worth spending all my steam wallet on? It looks really cool but I kind of want to get ace combat assault horizon as well and I only have enough money for one
Is kerbal space program worth spending all my steam wallet on? Also it dosen't have any objectives at the moment and is just a massive sandbox.
I just bought Ace Combat literally just for this QTE [sub]and because I like planes.[/sub]
I took a gander in the Kerbal Space Program thread and found out there's going to be a massive update soon that will almost certainly break saved games and most mod support. So don't go making any bold adventures into deep space.
Is kerbal space program worth spending all my steam wallet on? It looks really cool but I kind of want to get ace combat assault horizon as well and I only have enough money for one
For sheer replay value go for Kerbal.
Vote for gunpoint, torchlight 2's gonna be a daily deal soon anyway. I really want gunpoint :)
This is the only game I've bought so far. Kenshi Has anyone ever heard of it? It's pretty great fun, for being still very early alpha.
Vote for gunpoint, torchlight 2's gonna be a daily deal soon anyway. I really want gunpoint :)
It's pretty good, even if it is kind of short. The level editor is kind of lacking though. Definitely worth it at 6 bucks I think.
Vote for gunpoint, torchlight 2's gonna be a daily deal soon anyway. I don't understand what the purpose of this "community's choice" thing is.
Is the Arma II collection worth it at this price?
Friend bought me sanctum 2!
Kerbal Space Program is tempting.
Kerbal Space Program is tempting.
Dont hesitate do it!
19 hours left on it, ill wait and see
Is the Arma II collection worth it at this price?
If you're going to play it for ArmA, yes. If you're going to use it in AllinArma to play the maps on ArmA III, yes. If you're going to use it to play DayZ, no.
Kerbal Space Program is tempting.
It really is a fantastic game. If you like space then its a no brainer really. There is so much to do and its only Alpha. The mod support is great and adds a lot of good things to the game, you can basically do anything you can think of. I've played it around 50 hours so far and have only just scratched the surface. I have a friend who has played it 260 hours so far and he is finding new things he wants to do all the time. It's difficult at first but if you watch someones like Scott Manley on YouTube you'll start learning how to do simple things. I struggled to get out of the atmosphere for quite a while but you get immense satisfaction when you do something right. Fantastic game.
I bought it to play ArmA and try DayZ.
I find Arma 2 is only enjoyable to me with ACE and JSRS Soundpack. The only thing closer to a real war is being in a real war. All the mechanics are Arma though, none are fleshed out really well, but they're all there. A lot of that is fixed in Arma 3, and the ACE team has said that they will release ACE for Arma 3 as close to the official release as possible
All these AAAA games on sale, and I'm only interested in the smaller indieish games like Deadfall and Hotline Miami.
can anyone who has played sanctum 2 tell me if its really worth it and what the major differences are between 2 and 1?
Torchlight 2 better get the next CC [editline]14th July 2013[/editline] how could it NOT
is Ace Combat any good?
It's an okay game but a bad ace combat
If you have never played Ace Combat it's decent, if you have it will make you weep. Also mouse controls are ass. Keyboard only or controller is the only real way to play.
