Three more achievements left on Reach (map pack inclusive). Fucking Cross-Mappin' is so difficult, because really the only possible place to do it is on Spire, which is always played on Invasion. Totally Worth It is just a circumstance thing, so it should come around eventually when I'm playing Team Slayer. Last one is Make It Rain, which is just a matter of getting up to Lt. Colonel. Not too bad. Almost to Major now, too. About 16,000 credits left, and if I get this weekly challenge finished up, I should be all set.
I got Cross Mappin' on Hemorrhage BTB. Was really easy actually, first achievement I got out of the DLC achievements.
Bumping the Arbiter to a secondary character was pretty shitty. I enjoyed his sections in Halo 2 alot.
This, the Arbiter was a lot more badass when he wasnt some super fagtastic sidekick. Ive been thinking about what we did in Halo 3. I think we should either A. Start up the custom games thing again or B. arrange days where we play matchmaking together.
I hate elites with eyes in the back of their heads. And I hate 'You ate All the Chips'. It's the last achievement I need.
Bike-a-Tron!
Haha for that we would need to do Halo 3, unless if someone has found a way to play it on Reach.

What map did you people do the VidMaster Classic in ODST on? I found Uplift Reserve the easiest. Just drive drive drive
Haha for that we would need to do Halo 3, unless if someone has found a way to play it on Reach.
Why couldn't they keep the chopper? If only just in multiplayer? Uplift Reserve.
Is playing Gruntpocalypse on Score Attack over and over for lots of credits considered cheat? By that I mean, will Bungie reset my shit? I mean, it's nothing ridiculous, about 1000 credits a match if you kill all the grunts before time runs out.

I play gruntpoclypse for the dailys but never for fun, I find it boring.
I find it pretty boring too, but I just want to level up a bit so I can get some of the different gear.
I find it pretty boring too, but I just want to level up a bit so I can get some of the different gear.
You dont get that much from it anyway.
I just got ODST and I completely forgot that it came with the Halo 3 multiplayer disc. I have never felt so chuffed about a purchase before.

It was Big Team Slayer on Breakpoint, and I was casually DMR'ing this two-manned warthog, not really trying to kill it. I was over near that big road tunnel which separates the two halves. The warthog's driver must've been in a bad mood, as he drives off the landing pad into the abyss (while both people were still inside). Achievement Unlocked pops up, and man I gotta rush from that. Even if it was unintentional.
Just got 2700 credits and nearly half a level from a Gruntpocalypse on beachhead, and only like, 600 of that was from commendations. :v:
Wow, there are still quite a lot of people playing Halo 3 online. The funny thing is though the ones I have encountered seem to be utter shit at playing it.
Wow, there are still quite a lot of people playing Halo 3 online. Yeah, those people make me sad.
They're all the "OMG BUNGIE DESTROYED HALO WITH REACH AND HERES MY OPINIONS WHY, THAT I PASS OFF AS FACTS!"
It felt weird playing it. The death noises sound like shit and it is pretty easy to kill people. I used to play it all the time around my friends house. Might play a bit more for nostalgia purposes.
I wish people actually played custom games for Reach. Almost everyone these days are either not playing reach anymore, or are only playing matchmaking.
I wish people actually played custom games for Reach. Almost everyone these days are either not playing reach anymore, or are only playing matchmaking.
Same thing happened with Halo 3 post MW. It's shitty.
I wish people actually played custom games for Reach. Almost everyone these days are either not playing reach anymore, or are only playing matchmaking.
I might be starting up the Facepunch Custom games again if enough interest is shown.
I might be starting up the Facepunch Custom games again if enough interest is shown.
Please do. I've stopped playing reach mainly because there is nothing new to do.
Please do. I've stopped playing reach mainly because there is nothing new to do.
Ideally it is something Id love to get going again but we ran into problems that I think need workarounds before we do it again. Like when non-facepunchers join, get getting hold of host then not giving it up when I tell them to give it to the next person who wants to play their map. Also like I said before, there needs to be enough interest. Im hoping if this does work out it will rejuvinate this thread a bit.
Sounds fucking tasty.

That way you can have one or two hosts who keep the lobby as opposed to someone who MIGHT follow the rules.

Then he took control of the game so we had to leave it to its own devices and had to start a new party.
I had to quit a firefight match because neither of my fucking sisters would answer the god damn phone so I had to get up and do it and now I'm super pissed.
