It's Team Slayer, but each team builds a base. There's two phases: building phase and combat phase. I've got a gametype that I use to keep people from putting guns on the map, but there's different classes you can use.

Forge can only hold 8 people, but when we go to custom games to play we can have 16.

I'm terrible at zombies and people always choose the worst maps for it.
Pinnacle is godawful. I hate that map.

Speaking of zombies I noticed today that they have updated some of the maps boundaries so people can't get out of the maps and hide.

Yes, Asylum. I forgot the name of the map so I winged it.
I tried getting on top of that cliff bit and the kill boundary covers the whole of the place now.

Someone remade Jenga in Reach but with the new physics it's pretty terrible.

It's amazing how good Ascension was in Halo 2, but how awful the remake is in Halo: Reach.

No, but there is a brief mention. The full story is in the Halo Graphic Novel. Essentially(and this is hard to place, as the comic has no dialogue or writing whatsoever), Johnson fought through the Flood and made it to a Pelican, then dropped in on a comm channel in time to figure out what the Chief was up to, and made a break for orbit.
