not a warthog definatley, but a mongoose should do it, thats the only vehicle i have but i guess the ghost could as well.
And by fit I mean one I can grab tightly but not all the way around.

forbidden planet, ontop of a big pile of megablocks, it was £15 but there was only 1
there are also quite a few versions, the best i've seen (but not bought) is the odst with glow in the dark outlined mongoose and odst to simulate the visor of the odst, mine came with a blue and yellow eva spartan which looks awesome
