The "Kapweeeeewww! Ka-chacka-chak" of the K98K is better than the "Kabang! Kabang! Kabang! Kabang! DIIIIING, Fa-chauk-chick-chauk" of the M1 Garand.
As stated in the beginning, the Kar98 is better.
The Kar98 kills in 1 shot while the Garand needs 2. Despite being semi-automatic, the Garand has a very slow rate of fire almost equal to the bolt-cocking on the Kar98.
I say Kar98k
-Bolt Action
-Powerful
-Essentially every other reason already stated
Kar reminds me of Call of Duty 2, bullets go straight no matter what, and they kick some serious ass.
so. Kar98 for me.
K98. I love bolt action and accurate guns.
K98. Play it on sniper maps, win sniper duels.
Kar98, because bolt-action rifles are awesome.

Nah realism servers are gay. I like the Garand more because of semi auto. Two chances for a headshot in the time it takes the kar to fire once without quickswitching.
I remember having a Red Dot Sight skin for the '98. After I got it my k/d never went below 1.5 :dance:

Well it's difficult to say but I'll pick the K98.
The Garand isn't bolt action which is a huge advantage but the damage isn't as high.
K98 can kill someone with a well placed shot and the wood on the rifle looks tasty.
K98, the Garand is magically weaker than the k98, so it's pretty obvious.
Garand is less accurate and does less damage. K98 is as accurate as a sniper and almost always gets you a one shot kill.

I also got the EOTech for the garand, too! :D
The Kar98's ironsights block half the screen.
