Equius should have Slaking.
It's a STRONG pokemon but it doesn't fight back at times, like against Mr.Mimes.
They should just stop making new Pokemon games and keep remaking SGC.

Okay so I haven't been here for a few threads but I just got Pokemon Black a couple days ago and I was wondering if it's possible to trade with heartgold? Obviously I wouldn't be able to trade any of the new pokemon into into HG but I'd like to get a Totodile and Charmander for black.
Also general whining: I don't mind the new pokemon designs as much as some people do (Snivy is awesome although I stuck with this older name, Smugleaf) but do they HAVE TO make completely new pokemon for every single title they release? New starters I can understand, but instead of making another "shitty normal-type pokemon you encounter in the first patch of grass that is buffed to be slightly worthwhile two versions later" why not include ALL the shittynormaltypepokemonyouencounterinthefirstpatchofgrassthatisbuffedtobeslightlyworthwhiletwoversionslater in a new game, to have some variation and consistency between games? Also the new standard cave bat is fucking stupid.

Only after beating the Elite 4 can you see your old friends traded over.
They decided to go with a region supposed to be completely disconected to the previous 4 which had quite a few similarities (familiar species of Poke's etc). When you go to a different part of the world you would often see variations of creatures you normally wouldn't see back home (like having a common house cat and then seeing a Tiger in Africa).
Thats where consistency was attempted to be broken, and variation to stand out.
Seems reasonable I suppose. Still, when they make another game closer to the old regions maybe they could include at least all the shitty 1st patch of grass types in one game. I might even catch a Rattata.
And only after Elite 4? Jesus fuck damn. Oh well. It would have just helped to see a few familiar pokemon :saddowns:

They would prob do that in the next game (come on, it seemed like it would be over when the GOD of Pokemon was introduced).
The story will have you questioning why people have battles and such so I'm sure you can put up with it.
Plus the extra areas you unlock after the end game have the old Pokemon frolicking around.

Come on Larvesta, evolve into the ultimate egg hatching machine already.
They've introduced so many legendaries already it's hard to keep track. God of pokemon, creator of the universe, master of time, shitloads of elemental thingies, etc
I personally think that each region just has kinda different beliefs surrounding legendaries, every single one seems to have a god pokemon when they are just incredibly rare / unique but in no way divine
The story, from what I've seen so far, is a nice departure from the standard "bad guys appear and want to do something fucking stupid which would fuck up everything but they don't realize it until after the final battle" but the rivals/best friends are kinda annoying, free XP I suppose
I can see they put a lot of effort into making B&W unique in at least some way
Arceus takes shit from no one. The highest god there is in the Pokeworld.
Unless they introduce a god above Arceus.

It wasn't, but so many moves have been revised after Red/Green/Blue that everyone gets confused nowadays. Remember that Fire Spin used to be incredible, and even better than Flamethrower by a mile?

Battled my friend a few days ago on Heart Gold/Soul Silver. I won both times we fought. Only had couple of my Pokemon faint cause of Explosion :v:
Yahtzee does raise a good point about the Celestial Tower. I thought it was silly going through all that trouble climbing up just to ring a bell.
I like that the Marts are part of the Pokemon Centers now.
