Iron Defense or Toxic, I'd say. Personally I went with Iron Defense, Toxic, Leech Seed and Rest (Substitute once I get that TM). That's because I thought it's attack was too low to have it learn Explosion or Gyro Ball, despite it's low speed, it just didn't feel as powerful as it should.

How DID you learn it both Stealth Rock and Leech seed, though? Those are egg moves, and I thought you needed a father with both of those moves if you wanted to get both. I wanted to get Stealth Rock myself, but I couldn't because of that.
