I've played through White and I have to say this is both my favourite game and my favourite generation of the series.
Stuff like infinite TMs, grinding being much faster with both the Lucky Egg and Audino, Galvantula, the plot being improved, massive online improvements, Galvantula, most of the Pokémon being great, increased difficulty, less HM dependancy and Galvantula really made me enjoy it.

I really like this generation. It's like Gen 3. You know how everything works and you have favourites from previous generations, but all the new pokemon, gameplay things and the characters are all brilliant.
It's just too bad we don't get a badass like STEPHEN FUCKING STONE to pal around with for half the game. Cheren is alright, but he's too similar to Silver and the whole only wanting power thing.

Gen3 had the best pokemon imo.
But gen5 gameplay looks great and I like a lot of the mons.
But you seriously can't beat the gen that gave us aggron, metagross, rayquaza, sharpedo, wailord and mudkip.
Rayquaza fuck yeah.
That fucking thing was boss.
I also fucking loved Swampert. I even traded it over to the next generation and just fucking boss-moded everything with it.
Blaziken was my favourite of that Gen, and I also liked the different mechanics it added. It seems that many people hated everything after Gen 1/2 because thier parents never bought them the game for christmass.

My level 17 Scraggy just demolished the last pokemon of the bug gym leader.
Swagger, it took out like 60% of its own health due to confusion.
Caught Reshiram and Volcarona with one Quick Ball. This makes up for the ~100 Victini took.
