good move set, and the fact that you have 3 dragon pokemon...don't complain...you brought it upon yourself by just having two pokemon with the same typing... , i don't care how good their stats are...
but to fix your problem, put in a pokemon with a base speed higher than 100, Hydreigon has a base speed of 97 or something like that.... OR do this, you had 2 dragons before you caught Zekrom/Reshiram, you replaced one of your pokemon for your respective dragon. Put the replacement in place of one of your other two dragons. If that's not an option try out one of these three:
Cryogonal
Gavantula
Accelgor (need to trade a shelmet for karrablast and get the shelmet back)
all three of those are weak to fire blast, but cryogonal is your best bet with 135 base sp. atk. and 105 speed one solid icebeam should OHKO if not then you're doing something wrong...
Gavantula hits pretty hard and so does accelgor
Hydreigon is weak to ice, dragon, and bug (because of its dark typing) so find a fast pokemon (or something with sturdy and a paralying move) and kill it.
Worst come to worst keep training another 2-3 levels and try him again...
