But u actually really liked alot of gen 3, like the pokemon and the landscape, but the game mechanics were depressing

Tentacool / Tentacruel are based on man o' wars, Frillish / Jellicent are more remiscent of Jellyfish.
I am amazed of how detailed this city is. The one with the 4th gym, the electric gym. The city reminds me of if the gayness of San Fran and the epic of Vegas clashed into one awesome city.
Too damn true.
The nostalgia fans are far too close minded.
Generation two is the best, but I like Pokemon black too.
And soulsilver was cool, but then that was gen2 anyway.
Why is the title missing the "é", it looks weird without it.
can anyone explain the three roaming legendaries in gen 5 they look like recolors
Some actual legend.
Bleep Bloop.
I'm on a roll.
I may take requests
can anyone explain the three roaming legendaries in gen 5 they look like recolors
they're all Shinto kami, which are all big flying muscle dudes anyways
Holy shit this Archen is amazing.

its ability
its FUCKING ability
:gonk:
Its a sweeper, its not meant to get hit.
If bulbapedia would fucking load, I could see what the ability is.
they aren't released yet, therefore no, you cannot get them in your dex yet
unless you use a "complete my pokedex for me because I'm a loser" AR cheat
A late thank you!
Today I found out how cluttered triple battles are.
I this gen has a lot of really stupid pokemon along with some cool ones just like every other generation (including the first).

Wouldn't be a problem if you never let his HP dip down low enough. B)
Am I the only person that despised gen 2? I love every other gen but that one
I can't really explain the feeling. I still enjoy the game, but it isn't the same as the first four. The pokemon feel recycled and unoriginal. The pattern that each game follows is becoming more obvious with every round, and I guess this one finally stopped feeling right to me. This is just my opinion.
If you think about it, the pokemon from the first generation were "unoriginal" as well.
"A SEEL? Really? Two pokeballs that look EXACTILY ALIKE? Mew and Mewtwo? A TURTLE? GEODUDE IS A ROCK, NOT A POKEMON."
See what I mean? You can rip apart any generation.

My least favorite in terms of design was the fifth generation, but that's the worst out of what I think are really good designs. I like all of them, but the fifth generation just seems to not be as good as the rest. Most are still good, though.
Just got my DS lite with a copy of Pokemon Soulsilver. I nostalgia'd the moment I heard the Lugia cry at the title screen.
And since we're talking about which gens we like and don't like, Pokemon was fine for me until gen 3. Gen 4 was passable but it's now getting a bit silly.
But hey, if people like Black and White, good for them. Just not for me.

I found most of the pokemon it introduced to be exceedingly boring
I found most of the pokemon it introduced to be exceedingly boring
same. None of them were memorable
But hey, if people like Black and White, good for them. Just not for me.
have you even tried it yet
it would make you (and a lot of others) sound much less bigoted if you/they played it first
I found most of the pokemon it introduced to be exceedingly boring
Really? The second generation might actually be my favorite. It had my favorite starters.
[editline]9th March 2011[/editline]
Also, can someone link me to a list of each generations pokemon?
Pictures included, please. All I can find are alphabetical lists of names, no sets of pictures.
Really? The second generation might actually be my favorite. It had my favorite starters.
Yeah the starters were alright but most everything else was just so crappy and you'd end up using mostly Gen 1 pokes anyway

I did have a go with it and the Pokemon just didn't appeal to me.
Perhaps that quote was phrased wrong. What I mean is that if people like Black and White, that's fine. I'm not gonna be one of those 'stop having fun' guys. I'm just saying that Black and White don't seem to be my thing at the moment.
Who knows, maybe I'll warm to it and get one.
I honestly dislike Generation 1 more than any other. It really only holds nostalgia for me.
Not saying it was bad, just that I like the other gens more.
I dislike pokemon from every gen.
I can't hate a particular gen simply because I like a bunch from each gen.
Oh god
N stop talking to my Elgyem
it's fucking scary :byodood:
