What are good movesets for Elektross and Hydreigon?

You get a random set of people show up in your Black City allowing you to obtain different items, for example until I find someone else with a B/W game and link with theirs to obtain other people, I'm limited to purchasing only the Sun Stone of the evo-stones.
Though evolving Pansage too early results in the loss of learning any other moves via leveling, so if you do decide to get the leaf stone and evolve your Pansage I recommend you read through this so you know which moves you would like it to know before the metamorphosis takes place:

Might as well start where it all began, I think Yellow would be a better starter point rather than red, and then proceed to either Gold or Silver.

R\Y are the same except for that in Y pikachu follows you around, G\S are the same in every way iirc.
If you can multitask, play R\Y at the same time and then G\S
Play Yellow. After that, Silver.
Lugia is definately more bad-ass than Whore-oh.

That doesn't work. Only did in gen II.
I hope Pokemon 3DS has
- Full 3D battles with pokemon modelled in 3D, with much improved attack animations as well as battle locales
- Circle pad navigation (run in any direction!)
- Use of depth in the overworld
As well as use of all the hardware capabilities (multiple save files!?). Basically like Pokemon Colosseum but an actual Pokemon game (I loved Pokemon Colosseum though).
The pokemon and characters need to stay in 2D, they would be too lifeless in 3D
and I like my gridworld thank you very much
that stuff would make it not so fun

I'll be fine with 3D modeled spin-off games but not for the main series, keep improving on the sprites I'd say.
Singular save fits fine too.

Wait, hang on, can you trade with people if you have their friend code, even if you are 100-1000+ miles away, like from California and the trade is from someone in NYC? Thought I heard it was a 50 mile or ft distance.

Wouldn't it be cool to have a pokemon game with arena styled combat? like you have your overworld character, run around in grass, transition scene, then when you enter combat you're given a sort of arena where you can move your pokemon around in realtime and have your four attacks mapped out to keys/buttons (multiplatform) Kinda like a third person hack and slash...kinda...
