Just put an American ditto in and ask for another ditto. Keep doing this until you get a foreign one.

Get a ditto (I bred a starter and traded it for one), go to the GTS. Deposit it and ask for a ditto. If you get a ditto that isn't foreign, deposit it and ask for another ditto. Keep this up until you get one that you are sure is foreign (I recognized the Japanese letters).

Move to a different area, insta-winter.
I'm uncertain what I want to do with my Eelektross. Either I could let him learn Coil in conjunction with Thunder for a high accuracy 120 attack with no drawbacks, or I could have him learn Acid Spray in conjunction with Thunderbolt to attack an opponent with a very low Sp. Defense.
Both sound great, only problem is that once I evolve Eelektrik into Eelektross, he cannot relearn any moves he forgot when he was Eelektrik, basically limiting you to what you currently have, so you have to be very careful with your decision.
What do you guys think? Right now Eelektrik currently knows both Coil and Acid Spray, so I'm at a crossroads right now. It's not really smart to have him know both as it's wasting move space, so it's best to stick with just one. Just don't know which to choose. :C
