The DS I bought off that guy had the top screen broken. I told him to give me back my money so now I basically got a gameboyadvance with a light. And for free too so not bad :v: No worries though, bought the game and am now using my little brothers DS

Can anybody give me advice as far as tweaking my party for the Elite Four? I don't want a complete revamp, but I don't feel like I have the proper offense against the weird types of the Elite Four. Help is super appreciated!

Help is super appreciated![/QUOTE] A ghost type (Golurk or Candlebro) destroy the psychic and ghost E4, and makes the fighting E4 much easier.

It's also fun to put up a Braviary with Shadow Claw against the ghost types.

They are enhanced for the GBC, have proper coloured sprites instead of a set palette when played on the later system. Great, can't connect my NDS via wifi because I have a password on it "lol disable it so u can use nds wifi" lol gj nintendo let anyone use it kk I have Nintendo wi-fi usb connecter aswell but nintendo are that useless that they can't even give drivers for Windows 7. Also, [sp]How can I level that pokemon that you're given at the beggining when you're about to battle the first gym and you're either given fire,water or grass type depending on your first pokemon pick, I got a grass type one but it's so useless it constantly faints. I caught a fire one aswell to see if it's any better.[/sp]

Just grind a bit to get it's levels up. If you keep an eye out for shaking grass you can gain exp at lightspeed because of the convenience of Audinos.

Also [sp] why did they make that city thing all in 3d mode so you walk in a curve and shit, it's annoying as shit [/sp]

If there are vista drivers then try those.

I like it. Shows that the city is actually big when you compare it to Goldenrod city or Saffron city (which are supposed to be large but don't seem like it at all).

Mine has already evolved into a Mandibuzz and that's staying on my team. I'll be interested in any 5th gen starter (breed one of course and excluding Oshawott) or white exclusive. What are the military applications of Pokemon? I'm confused as to what exactly the world is like. Apparently it's a mirror of our world as the Pokemon locations mimic real locations such as Japan, obviously. Humans landed on the moon in 1969 in the Pokemon world as well, not to mention they possess most of our inventions (Although as the series go on the world gets more deluded with bullshit like Pikachu power-plants) Now if we assume that the Pokemon world is based after the same countries as our world. The Soviet Union had to exist in the Pokemon world. After all, it was the USSR that motivated the US Space Race and landed men on the moon. Pokemon exist all over the globe and most of them are unique to their territory (The US has different Pokemon over Japan.) So what do you think the Soviets did? Hell what did the other countries do? Where have pokemon fit into human's evolution and major events. Did we have Pokemon fighting in World War 2? Do nuclear weapons exist? Apparently nuclear power exists because a Nuclear Power Station in Japan is modeled in the game. We also see practical application of pokemon in civil sectors. I already mentioned power production. But we also have pokemon whom produce wool and milk although where beef and such comes in is a mystery as I haven't seen any 'normal' animals. The Police use pokemon in law enforcement. The use of pokemon in the military was probably considered and I believe it likely. Guns also exist in the pokemon world. Although very rarely spotted, most likely because most of the series and games take place in Japan where firearms are restricted so even the police don't carry them. Although there have been a few moments where they've made an appearance. Vehicles? As shown countless times exist. So what exactly would the pokemon serve in defense of a nation? They're kind of limited in force, a lot of them have very specific traits and they require food, water and rest like any person but the amount of resources it takes to train and equip a pokemon could probably be better spent arming actual human beings I don't really know where I'm going with this. All I know is the Pokemon world is all kinds of fucked up. The word 'animal cruelty' never seemed to catch on since dog-fighting is essentially a international sport and a game in the Olympics. Is the world some sort of all encompassing peaceful utopia? They possess technology that can literally heal injured Pokemon in seconds (How often do Pokemon die in matches and what are the legal repercussions of people killing Pokemon and vice versa?) If they possess this advance technology you can basically assume that it's also put to use healing people as well so the field of medicine has far exceeded that of our own world in advancement at his point which is anywhere from the 1990's-Current by estimation of most of their technology.
