Sometimes you just don't notice the new page.
You call someone a retard for a minor thing, I call you a retard for a minor thing. Don't like it? Don't do it.
You call someone a retard for a minor thing, I call you a retard for a minor thing. Don't like it? Don't do it.
You seem really mad over something so minor. So far ryfry has been friendly, and gave out a good explanation that solved the problem. What have you done? Just word your posts better next time, Ryfry. I've edited my original post to point this out a little more clearly.
Holy shit you're both so dumb.
Male/Female rates on some Pokemon are ridiculous. I've been collecting eggs from my Serperior for the last hour and a half trying to get a female Snivy. So far I've got 18 Snivys and they're all male. If any of you want one, I'll be handing them out for free. Chances are I'll have one with the nature you want. They all know Substitute, Torment, and Tackle. Once I get that female, I'll probably have a couple spare that also know Glare (Trade for eggs of other starters?)
Do any new areas open up in winter besides Icirrus city and Twist mountain? I was pretty pleased to find substitute at twist mountain
Hey, I have a quick question. My mother, a few months ago while we were on holiday, ran my clothes through the wash with my Pokewalker inside. If I were to buy a used one from Amazon, would it work with my Soul Silver?
I want to breed a female Zangoose with a male Seviper so that it'll learn Night Slash, can I just throw two in the day care?
Don't trust me on this (just got into egg-move breeding) but I think Seviper will have to know Night Slash first. Otherwise that will work.
I want to breed a female Zangoose with a male Seviper so that it'll learn Night Slash, can I just throw two in the day care?
Yes, but Seviper needs to be level 46 to learn night slash
Okay, what's the difference between breeding it with a Seviper as opposed to a Absol? Are the stats a lot different, or how does it work?
Okay, what's the difference between breeding it with a Seviper as opposed to a Absol? Are the stats a lot different, or how does it work?
Nothing changes but the movepool.
better go get that Panpour or you're toasted
Had him, he got beat
I think it has something to do with your character's gender, because 95% of my team and all caught pokemon of mine are female.
Bulbapedia says the chances of getting a female Snivy are 1-in-7. (Common for starters) But it sure doesn't feel like it.
Aww yeah tyrogue swarm day.
Bulbapedia says the chances of getting a female Snivy are 1-in-7. (Common for starters) But it sure doesn't feel like it.
Well yeah that too, all starts have a 87.5% chance of being male...but APART from that, i think its based on character gender.
Well yeah that too, all starts have a 87.5% chance of being male...but APART from that, i think its based on character gender.
I haven't heard of anything like that, but it's definitely a possibility. I went with a male character, and every single Pokemon in my party is male.
I remember trying to get a female combee was hell
I would murder for a shiny Scraggy :( Also just got my 3ds, not noticing ANY loss or fuzzy graphics with it Current team: Scraggy (25) Darkumaka (25) Dewott (25) Sandile (25) Simisage (25) -------- Hope I can handle those bad ol' bugs when I eventually bother with gym 3!
I haven't heard of anything like that, but it's definitely a possibility. How does that even happen? Only with Serperior and Swanna did I intentionally try to get as female. :psyduck:
The old man outside the daycare said "the two don't really seem to like each other much". Will they still breed?
The old man outside the daycare said "the two don't really seem to like each other much". Will they still breed?
Yes, but it takes a long fucking time. [editline]a[/editline] Finally got that female Snivy. Breeding it with a Seviper now so I can get some Serperiors with Glare. Gonna take a while to find a Timid natured one.
Really? My starter is female, and half of the pokemon I have are female.
Then how can I tell if something would breed faster with zangoose than a seviper? [editline]28th March 2011[/editline] I just go the egg, that took like no time.
Getting the egg never took very long, I think. Isn't it just a matter of changing routes (like right below the Daycare, walking in and out of that park)? Speaking of breeding, I bred a Ferroseed with Leech Seed yesterday. Holy fuck, this thing is awesome. At level 38 I was already training it by pitting it against those level ~65 trainers in the Stadium. And I soloed them all. He knows Leech Seed, Toxic, (my main form of damage, plus Iron Barbs, plus Rocky Helmet), Iron Defense and Doube Team. Definitely a change of pace from all the Physical/Special sweepers I always use.

that sounds like a really annoying moveset. I think I would probably change something with protect or substitute but that's just me
I doubt he's using it against other people as Double team is usually disbarred as evasion moves are dick.
