I just did the poke transfer thing for the first time. Couple problems.
1. Whats with the minigame? Also what if I dont catch all the pokemon before the time ends?
2. Why the fuck can I not move pokemon with HM moves?
3. Since some of my legends and classic fighters have HM moves, instead of using the transfer station cant I just go into of those rooms at the pokecenter and do manual trading?

If you don't catch them they just get sent to the box. You can't transfer HM move pokemon due to badge restrictions and because they dont want you exploring the game before you legitimately can obtain the HM's. You cant just manually trade from older generations to newer generations, you have to use this game. You'll get much better at it with practice. If you want to transfer your pokemon which have HM's, just go to the move deleter and reteach them in Black/White.

Tiers are based on usage. If a Pokemon is used too much then it is put up for evaluation with a group of people. How do you think Wob, Gar and Sala got banned in gen 4?
