When offering, its a tad better. I offered both a Gurdurr and a Buldore, and got a Zorua and Tepig.
But WHAT THE HELL is it with people and asking for Reshiram and Zekrom? You can catch it in your own game, and asking for one under Lv9 is sort of impossible.
