3 big surprises are coming from Valve - Games

1) We are pleased to have Bobby Kotick on our team! 2) Steam will now have a monthly pay scheme! 3)Trading DLC released, only £15! And as an extra suprise, EPISODE 3 will be XBOX360 only!

All I want is for Episode 3 or Half Life 3 to be announced, at least. As long as it comes out in late 2011, or 2012 (when its due) I'll be happy. This "valve time" stuff has got to stop.

I'm guessing it's going to be DotA, Left 4 Dead 3, and Orange Box for PS3. Woohoo.

This just in Valve now owns all consoles and starts to make the next generation of them, the PC.

The surprises in order will be: The new Telltale Game DoTA Episode 3 [editline]05:11PM[/editline] I am absolutely certain that if these are actually the surprises this will be the order they're in.

1. Telltale Crossover game released on Steam. 2. Unexpected P2-related stuff. 3. EP3 at an incredibly early date.

Know how valve can keep such a tight lid on most things most of time time it's likely to be a whole new game.

Undoubtedly, one is the telltale game, which is announced tomorrow, apparently. To be honest, I'm more excited for this than any unnamed valve project, since there's a high chance it'll be a L4D sequel or Icefrog's project.

Guys, as much as I hope for some EP3 info, this is gonna be something different. They said that we will be in shock. Ep3 won't shock us as many people has said before me. Maybe we will get a completely new franchise. :/ Who knows...

You've all got it wrong. By releasing L4D2 on time, Valve ripped a hole in the valve-time continuum, sending their past selves forward in time (to a few days ago). They're about to officially (re)announce the Orange Box; HL2ep2, TF2, and Portal. [editline]1[/editline] This also explains how they were able to make a working demo of Portal 2 only 3 years after the original Portal. Their past selves are obviously working alongside their present selves to speed up the process. Unfortunately, this method potentially has the side effect of re-ripping the valve-time continuum, resulting in their past and present selves to be sent into the future.
