It actually proves a lot. There are torches missing near him and he's holding them. The most logical and reasonable supposition is that he stole them.

You should say this to the person who stole my stuff as he has started it, and not only he stole my torches but he was stupid enough to post evidence of him doing so, which I didn't have before.
And also, TheHANGOVER's server should be removed from OP - that's why I'm arguing.
Someone who steals (even though there's evidence of him doing so) doesn't get banned, but someone who didn't do anything wrong gets banned without evidence supporting the ban.

I'm not trying to just point out the fact that he stole 2 torches.
I'm pointing out how stupid TheHANGOVER's server is - banning players for no reason without credible evidence while not banning ones which have actually griefed and there's evidence of them doing so.
I wasn't the only person who put tracks and a moderator allowed [u]us[/u] to do so, but TheHANGOVER banned me with a reason 'I told you not to put tracks on', even though he wasn't on when we were doing so. Also, the tracks didn't lag at all after they were put and I got banned about 5 hours after they were put on.

I'd probably never remember to change the password, and it wouldn't really be all that much of an inconvenience to just find the new password every week.
