The server eats away the ram but the .jar should be run with "java -Xmx1024M -Xms1024M -jar minecraft_server.jar nogui" for it to work right. Other then that my server which has gotten huge runs about 2GB-3GB, like I said Minecraft eats ram.

As a follow despite not knowing hot to run that command line we've ran the server .jar with mods without it fine for about a day.

i saw him in a dungeon, wich wasn't a dungeon at all.
(it was a cobble building, with a mossy cobblestone cross pattern on one side in my mine, i explored it, saw him saw him, it scared the shit out of me so i walked away a bit, and then he was gone.)
when i loaded my save later, i was in a regular dungeon, but the spot where i saw him stand, was a 2 block hole.
