Sorry for going off topic, but does anyone know how to transfer funds from my prepaid debit card (reloadable and usable for online transactions) to my paypal account? I've tried donating to myself, but it keeps demanding that I make a paypal account in order to transfer the funds.
Yeah I slightly agree, I've only had the game for a week now and the lack of easily assessable multiplayer is a real put-off for me, I understand its not Notch's fault that the game is new, its just disappointing.

You should just be able to make one purchase with the debit card through paypal.

what makes me scared of buying this game is that it'll promise so many cool things and then it'll get abandoned

If you're exploring new land the lag is usually just minecraft mapping the new terrain.

Well really, the only thing that doesn't work as it should is the Alpha Multiplayer. And honestly, while it's a nice feature, I don't think that's what I'll be playing once it's actually fixed. The alpha singleplayer, imo, is fine as it is. I don't know how much more you can add to this, except a few more mob types.
1 hour, I will be able to join SMP servers and do more, better work on my texture pack ( dual screen and photoshop CS4 ).

Can't pick boats up, and they are hard to get out of without them shooting away from under you.
After waiting a day or so for the servers to settle down, I managed to create an account just a few minutes ago.. AWESOMe!!! :)
So, with excitement :D I quickly buy MC then log in and open the the browser version, works just fine, nice!
But playing in a browser is gay so I try the .exe:
