I think it's supposed to name them NATURALLY unobtainable. (You won't find them as a block in the environment without crafting)
Obsidian confuses me though, as you CAN obtain it. You just need a diamond pickaxe and a lot of patience.

You won't find that block in your inventory. You can have powder, but not that sprite.
