It's not real.
+ Added dragons. And sea monsters, And digging upwards will just flood your room with lava.
+ Instead of mobs spawning in the dark, Mob spawners will spawn in the dark. Three at once, Stacked. And there's a 76% chance it's a dragon or giant.
+ Lava instantly gibs the player like everything else
+ Running too fast will make the player fall over and gib.
+ Punching blocks or enemies will damage(And therefore gib) the player.
+ Falling three inches(And therefore jumping) will gib the player.
+ Tripping over will result in gibbing
+ Creepers no longer have to wait or be right next to the player to explode, They simply need to have seen them
+ Creepers explosions are now 20% bigger and emit a large fireball and blastwave, gibbing or igniting(And therefore gibbing) Anyone within range.
+ Damaged blocks(And therefore any non-supported ones. even cave ceilings) Will now fall and kill the player if they are near them.
+ Spiders can now ride skeletons
+ Creepers can now form into one giant creeper and then explode in a nuclear-scale explosion
+ The player is blind in one eye, therefore cannot see more than one foot infront of him, Nor can he see anything in the dark.
+ The player now has no legs, And no arms. And can only move forward a quarter of an inch every five seconds.
+ There is no longer an inventory. Starting on a world where you had an inventory will make minecraft go :colbert: And block you from playing that world or deleting it ever again. You brought this upon yourself.

On the subject of new blocks (even though I'm late) I was thinking of something like this:

This would make pig iron or something along those lines to be a cheaper iron block thats actually used for building, I would think it should be about as strong as brick.

That is the general formula for iron blocks. wat. it should be smelting iron blocks. I use my goshdarn iron blocks for storing iron i don't use.
Oh fuck me. I decided to do some remodeling on my small home and thought it would be a good idea to have a fireplace. anyways my home is sure remodeled now... burned it to the ground and then got killed 2 times by skeleton snipers. :/

He means there should be some type of iron you can use for building. Buildings are sometimes made of metal, but it's not really reasonable to make houses out of iron blocks.

I didn't mean this would replace normal iron blocks. Iron blocks would be for storage, where this kind of iron thing would be for structural stuff.

Yeah, I saw that after I posted, I think this is some kind of mod that changes the furnace and other blocks.

That's possible, but I doubt it. I'm guessing that since he probably hacked in the gui for the CD player, he probably just adjusted some settings that made speakers.
He didn't hack in the Gui... That's just the furnace gui with the arrow sprite changed to a record player sprite.
The battery is reskinned coal so it is used as fuel, the record something like iron ore.
He edited particles.png so that the fire at the front looked like music notes.
The speakers are simply reskinned wood or some other block, its probably the same on top (if it isn't it's just a crafting table).
As for the music, it's as simple as placing the track on the audio line in windows movie maker. He could simply have used audacity to edit the sound so it gets louder and softer in time with the video.
Still, its very creative.
I just added a lava trash compactor and a large magma vent(AKA canal) In my main abode. It looks beast, I even added signs saying "To: Magma vents. WARNING: HOT!" and "To: Trash WARNING: HOT!"
