What's the difference between the regular and ultimate editions of Fallout NV, and which should I get?

To be fair with you guys, i bought Gunpoint at full price played through it in one hour and never touched it again. I was very excited about the game, but it's short as hell if you don't read the ridiculous amount of text in the game. Maybe wait for it to go 75% on winter sale? I don't think 1 hour of fun(?) is worth 5$.

Will Arma 3 go on sale or will the fact that it's early access beta affect it?

I got Counter-Strike Complete. Played a bit of Counter-Strike Source and a lot longer in Global Offensive.

Is Fallout: New Vegas any good? Is it more FPS or RPG? I just finished STALKER SoC, and I own CoP, so just wondering if it's worth it or I should just play CoP.
