There's a fix for it, I only experienced problems with the first one

MP1 has problems with sound on Vista/7/8, but it's easily fixable with [URL="http://www.filedropper.com/maxpaynesoundpatch10"]this[/URL].

I'm still selling mine - I've sold about four or five, enough to knock down a cheap game to even cheaper. I figure on the last day I can spend a dollar or two and get all the cards if I feel like it.

If you enjoyed the first one, yes.
If you didn't enjoy NS1, no. It's the same premise, just updated engine, maps, re-tweaked balance and such.
If you never played the first one but know what natural selection is and how it works and think you'd like it, yes.
Really for $6 or whatever it is, if you're going to play it for more than an hour i'd say go for it. It might take a few rounds to get into it but i've been playing since the alpha and i still enjoy it

I have no idea. I got it in total war pack and have been meaning to play it. It looked okay from what I saw but iirc it was a third person action game rpg
