I've dropped a foil card, and now I don't know what to do with it. I'll probably wait to see if I get another before the end of the sale.

wondering if you guys think it's worth buying Skyrim legendary edition(all dlc's) for 24 eur(-40%). I have played it before(torrent) but I haven't tried any of the dlc's. Is it worth it? Is it much new content?
