Does anyone know how many card drops The Binding of Isaac has? If it's 5, I can pretty much buy it and return the money for purchase by selling all cards.

Just grabbed McPixel and now I'm broke unless someone buys my PA2 trading card.

Also if you don't need Summer Sale cards, I suggest to sell them ASAP, while people buy them for $5 or even more.
