So far I'm pretty disappointed.
I've got all my steam wallet funds for this sale, from selling trading cards. The sale comes, and adds about 30 cards for different games at once. And then there's the Summer Sale cards, which I had 2 of due to crafting, and are selling for higher than I'd have got by selling the cards I used to craft.
Steam is just giving me money...
So can anyone help me? I can't run steam at all, it says I need to be connected to the internet first. I am already connected to the fucking internet, I have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted client registry blob, disabled firewall. I have tried everything.
Is this confirmed an error due to overloaded or servers or did steam completely bug out for me?

It's not just that the valve pack is gone its that half life pack is 50% instead of 75% now and some furry convinced me to wait for a valve pack instead
