[url=http://www.facepunch.com/showpost.php?p=24094539&postcount=3613]Don't hold out on me, stalker.[/url][/QUOTE] 1.Make a backup of your SGM system.ltx 2.Install atmosfear 2 and the patch, replace the newly created system.ltx with your old SGM one 3.replace the appropriate lines in your SGM system ltx's sound section with these ones: [sound] occlusion_scale = 0.19 snd_collide_min_volume=0.07 snd_collide_max_volume=085. And you should be good to go. Keep in mind its good to keep a backup of your final system ltx incase you want to change the options.

Where's that super detector in SGM that's really overpowered? I can't remember the name but I think it's in Pripyat.

What have you downloaded?

STALKER crashes every time I pause, minimize to look at something, then maximize. It's really starting to piss me the fuck off.

Are you running it with steam?

It's incredibly easy. All you do is use an .exe file and it installs it for you.

Dude, EVERY MOD installs the same way. 1. put gamedata folder in STALKER folder. 2. edit fsgame.ltx if you've never installed a mod for that game before. Done. Also, most mods come with a readme that says EXACTLY this. This is why most of us here get irritated with people who spam "halp guys I cant install oblivion lost guys why arent you helping me guys guys guys guys"

I'm confused about the monolith in SGM. Some try to kill you and others don't? And if you join them, will the evac be easy?

I did. In fact I already had it loaded because I had redux installed before this. Just to be safe I re-loaded it anyways. [editline]09:18PM[/editline] Anybody know what could be causing this?

Why is stalker crashing so much blrblrlbrlbrlbrr It sometimes crashes after minimizing, then maximizing and unpausing. Other times I'll die and reload last save and it'll crash.

It's a bad russian accent when it doesn't sound like a russian accent, just someone not russian trying to do one badly. I know the feeling though, I talked with a stupid cockney accent for days after playing Saints Row 2.
