I guess I'm late, but I installed Clear Sky: Complete today, lives up to all my expectations from SoC: Complete and beyond. DAT WEATHER.
In other related news, I picked up a bottle of Stolichnaya today; one of the classic old Russian vodka brands dating back to pre-soviet times. I believe Stolichnaya is the brand seen in in the STALKER Complete mods, no?

Did you get better framerate? I for like 10+ when installing it in SoC, but don't wanna do it in Clear Sky before I know.
Redux Patch v1.05a is now awaiting authorization on ModDB!
Call of Pripyat Reloaded, a mod aiming to improve graphics, not really change anything major, says it will be coming out with a version for SGM soon.

Yes, as far as I can tell I did get an FPS increase. It's hard to say because FPS in Clear Sky varies a lot (I still get less-than desirable framerate in the CS base during rain with DX10 enabled), but taking the typical performance-decreasing factors into account I would say that the FPS boost is pretty consistent with this mod in the previous game, yes.

Hit a gamebreaking bug in CoP after X8. Couldn't get Kolvasky to talk to me an initiate the next mission so I'm getting into the mods now.
What should I play first? L.U.R.K for SoC or Redux from CoP?

Burers have been total dicks to me, [sp]throwing fridges at me that instakill[/sp], but I think I just found a use for the gauss gun.

Kinda hard to do when they're using that 80% damage attack or throwing random shit at you constantly. The fridge added to the mix certainly didn't help.

The first time I tried to kill a Burer on the X-8 lab with Redux, it instakilled me at least five times in a row until I raged and started knifing it. I killed it, but the other one killed me.
