A just got the games two days ago and have been playing since. Although im playing CoP first. I am using only the trader sell all mod, already got tide,march,g36,armored suit and storm.

First playthrough and you're using the trader sells everything mod? Get out of here stalker. :colbert:

I think you should play the game without any mods first no matter how game changing they are.

Also I remember there was an argument between some us regarding new STALKER thread users and us being mean to them. I would just like to use Exosel as an example. He's knew but he makes [I][B]good[/B][/I] posts so I have no problem with him. Of course we are a bit nicer to Vets of the thread when they make a stupid ass post but that happens in every thread.

Man I just reinstalled CoP (I haven't played it since I had the Russian version and beat it) and its running like ass :( . I don't remember it running this poorly before, I put Atmosfear on and well that made my game a slide-show so I uninstalled that and was trying to just play vanilla for a bit, but even putting it on medium I still get bad stutters. Fuck I wish I had the money to upgrade my computer now :(

Well, I'm becoming quite the rambler in Pre Sky. Started in the Cordon, wandered over to the svamps, then headed north to the Agroprom and chilled with Duty a while. Then I headed to the Garbage and did some business with the Bandits, wandered to the Dark Valley and stopped in at the Freedom base, where Ashot was stoned enough to sell me a Veles detector for 2K rubles! It's the most advanced part of my loadout :v:. From there, I headed back to the Agroprom to look for artifacts, but no luck so far. Just experienced my first blowout. Clear Sky emissions are pretty nice--that "whoooomp" ground shaking effect is a pretty jarring way to tell you "shit is about to get fucked, run!." Unfortunately, I'm about to move across the country, so my computer is now in several boxes. No stalkin' for me until next week :saddowns:

People should get on chat, I need someone to talk to while this reinstalls.

I hated the fact that everytime you enter a new area in Clear Sky, there was a blowout about to happen. It gets so annoying.

PreSky is a pretty good mod, I've just been roaming around hunting bandits and mutants.

I hate how Clear Sky has this weird shadow bug, I seem to carry darkness with me. So I have no shadows when it's sunny because I have a personal shadow around me.
