I know lurk's hud is supposed to be like that for realism, but is there no way at all to restore the vanilla hud, or maybe replace it with a different one?

IIRC the HUD texture files are somewere in the gamedata folder, try downloading some HUD mod and replacing them.

Yeah, it feels a hell of a lot better without a crosshair, especially with a nice graphical mod. Speaking of mods, WHAT THE FUCK IS UP WITH ALPHA SQUAD? I kill a bunch of them and 2 minutes later I see more of them. I go up onto the plateau at the top of Zaton, they follow me up there, then they start sniping me with absurd accuracy ALL THE WAY TO SKADOVSK! Halfway across the map with an SVD they manage to shoot me easily. What the fuck.

Can Kingo64's optimised shaders be used with Clear Sky?

CoP looks incredible with Atmosfear 2.
