Why are nights so bright in Redux?

Because it's not like our eyes don't adjust to low light environments. It's obvious that night is dark but with moonlight and the other environmental factors in t he zone it wouldn't be that dark and our eyes would be able to see relatively well. Redux is just making it obvious that you aren't legally blind at night.
The totally dark nights added a sense of fright of leaving the warm circle made from the firepit. Now I feel safe enough to trek back to the Skadovsk.

I'm still too scared to test Anabiotics, I never seem to have an updated save around whenever there's a blowout. :saddowns:
I remember one time there was a blowout and the nearest place was the Mercs who want food. However I had forgotten that I had got on their bad side along time ago. The result was an intense battle for the shelter at the back of the camp.
Oh and some bandits joined so it was a three way battle. I was the only survivor.
I had more Anabiotics than vodka, I basically live off the stuff.
I'm really loving Ceanos mod even though I am still dirt poor after scavenging all of the anomalies and stashes in zaton. It has the best gameplay balance of all the mods that I've tried.
Blasted trough the Mercenaries with a god damn Bulldog. Felt like a Micheal Bay movie with all the barells and grenades exploding.

This guy is a bandit, is there anything else that I should do with him? Like new pants etc.

I'm gonna add that to the OP.
Past SHoC, Zombies have guns. And a few of them in SHoC still have guns as well.
I still wonder why nobody has bothered to make some sort of Zombie Survival mod with the Xray engine as a base, though. It would work very well for it.

He looks great the way he is, I hope you make some trenchcoat variations too!
And now I found a fucking rocket launcher on a corpse of a Stalker.
That bandit looks like he's going to rape me. The shoulder pads are also kinda weird but suit a mentally deranged bandit fine. Everything looks pretty good but it would be nice if there was a defining feature so you could tell he was a bandit from a distance.
And I used it to kill a Chimera that was roaming the Swamp.
I hate explosives and can honestly say I have never once used the underbarrel grenade launcher but dammit it would be fun to do that.
I have also killed 5 pseudogiants so far in SGM and I'm not even to Pripyat yet. Alpha Company kinda helped with one of them but half of them died so I still kinda did it.
