Poster is 10 and hasn't played neverwinter nights. The game with thousands of modules, which this game is the sole successor for.
you are twelve and obviously didn't play or read about the fact that this is the successor to Baldur's Gate.
and NWN was just a dumbed down for the masses piece of lion shit, piled like a pyramid and sold as quality product.
there were not fucking companions!!! no banter at all, no tacti- * one rant later* ... so NWN was basically an infinite marathon backwards compared to content, features and quality of Baldur's Gate.

and why the hell are we on here at chistmas eve, get out! be with the family. merry christmas.
So Bhelen was bad?...
I helped him win by giving him the Parogon's awesome crown :( I thought he was the good guy :(
Then he turns around and says "MURDER DIS GUY" And I'm all "D:"

Tell me, how is a blackmailer a good guy?
I dunno, he seemed honest enough.
The other guy seemed like the bad one...
The game messed with my head oh god...

If you choose Harrowmont [sp]Orzammar destroys itself.[/sp]

I chose Harrowmont and it didn't :/

It does, however, [sp]cut itself off from the outside world and basically consumes itself in civil war before Harrowmont died, he was worthless as a king.[/sp]

Me and my watchful hound.
I beat it 2 days ago. I really felt like a hero when the soldiers were cheering me on. I felt bad because Alistair fell in the final battle and that counted as a death.
Do the golems help me in the final battle if I choose to not destroy the anvil?
Anyways, I'm on my 2nd run through the game, I chose to play as a Dalish elf this time. I'm not getting discriminated as I thought I would
[editline]08:40PM[/editline]
Orzammar was hard to beat. It took forever

If you find a lone object that is described as having a cold presence, do not disturb it. Both times I have done this, a revenant appeared and fucked us up, there's on in the brecilian forest surrounded by skeletons, and one in the endrin's chamber in the royal palace in orzammar
Legion Of The Dead has good taste in armor, though that's not a LOD helmet

Wish the aura was bigger though. :science:

You kidding? Each one of those you hit gives you a piece of the juggernaut set, totally worth it, Revenants are piss easy when you have a mage with crushing prison or cone of cold

Thanks for the compliment, but I am really 18. My point is that the toolset is based off of NWNs. So in reality you are probably 6 and are just learning how to read. I understand that this is a game that is more based off of Bauldur's gate. But seeing as we are dealing with Taryl, I had to try to keep the flames to a minimum. NWN had companions, they weren't to the extent that BG had them though. Unless you have played Kingmaker, that had a great party. Kingmaker being one of the many modules built on the NWN engine. Which brings me to my original point of modability of Dragon-Age.
The Respecialization mod just saved me from a ton of frustration, seeing as I'm close to the end and I still didn't have a few of the spells I wanted.
For a rock, Shale knows a lot of big words.

Haha, I chose Dogmeat as my Dog's name too.
I hope there's some big mods in development, there's potential for epic.
I see you have picked a completely original and not overdone name.
I thought I was original. :saddowns:
I thought I was original. :saddowns:
Don't worry, I called mine Rush.
And I called my rogue Garrett. I don't have a trace of originality when it comes to RPGs.
Also : THIS GAME IS AWESOME.

Crushing prision doesn't work against 99% of revenants I've faced. But cone of cold (liek always) is a godsend as is something like manaclash.
Anyone else prefer NwN to this? For some reason it just seems way too over-simplified and dumbed-down.

Relevant reply.
Yep, love this game. Screw Alistair.

 Oh, oh oh oh, and you don't get any approval from this conversation unless you answer 5.
Argh, jesus. I just got some horrible graphical glitches. Anyone know what might be causing them? It's usually just a huge mass of lines and planes everywhere extending out from characters.
Okay, now they're gone, but instead all the light and blood effects now randomly start flashing migraine-inducingly fast.
Fuck's sake. I was really beginning to enjoy this game.
I have the 1.02a patch, a GeForce 8800 GT, and a fairly old Intel dual core CPU.
Edit : http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/58/index/88751/1
Apparently this problem affects 8800, 8600 and 9800 GTs. Bollocks. Oh well, hopefully if it's software only, either Bioware or Nvidia can devise a fix for it.

Ah sorry meant to quote the guy below you
I wish Morrigan and Leliana would just open up to the possibility of a threesome.

Leilana probably wouldn't mind, although I'm surprised Morrigan is more or less traditional.
Fucking priests. :sigh:
