^Not enough magma, and I was never given the "Die Tree Hugging Hippy!" option when talking to elves ingame.
I mean Orzammar itself (including everything in it) not Dwarves in general, and there is an entire river of magma in Orzammar, complete with waterfalls spouting magma everywhere. Hell, there is an arena where they throw dwarves into to fight for crimes/honor, they have a trading post outside, etc. But the Dalish were still whiny bastards, so that's somewhat close (they HATE the very idea of cutting down trees.)
there's a reason for that. elves have always been fair/beautiful folk. and it's expressed with near feminine charactaristics. no beard. always been that way. if you wan't a hairball, go for a dwarf.
It doesn't matter mods don't have to follow that bullshit LOTR lore. Elves have always been the little midgets on the north pole and a lot of those guys have beards. [editline]03:19PM[/editline] And I already was a dwarf, and he had a sweet beard, but dwarves can't be mages and elves are the best mages.
That's a bad thing to you?
I'm a terrible decision-maker.
Does anyone else get crashes when they play the game? It crashes half the time when I move to a new area, and it just crashed in the middle of a fight in the ruined temple. :argh:
What are your specs?
Running Vista 64 bit, with an AMD Phenom 9500 Quad-Core Processor 2.20 ghz, and a Nvidia 9800 GT.

Oh, and the main reason there aren't any elf beard mods out is that all beards are models. Meaning that they cannot morph with your face in any way. Elven faces are skinny, beards are not designed for their skinny faces.
I just got this game yesterday and damn is it good. I only got to the part where you drink the Darkspawn Blood but the story is tottaly immersive. I found it a little difficult to navigate at first but you work it out in 5 minutes. Edit: Damn just got to the bit fighting of all of the undead at Redcliffe and steam decided it needed to update.

Is return to Ostegar out yet?

I just got to the bit in Redcliffe Castle (after having fought off [sp]the goddamn revenant with just my party, apparently you can let in 4 knights who help you out - instead I used up all my poultices >:|[/sp]) where you meet [sp]the creepy child.[/sp] I thought that scene was really well done.
Question: Can you open up a lesbian relationship with Morrigan? Also I just got to the part where Ohgren joins my party, we're gonna search for this Paragon named Branka. :v:
Good god the archdemon fight is impossible,I could kill the thing on it own but when it calls in those darkspawn I get ripped apart by the shrieks (yes I've turned down the difficulty but I've still lost like 40 times) [editline]10:18AM[/editline] God I might just pretend I've won and watch the ending on youtube.
Question: Can you open up a lesbian relationship with Morrigan?
Don't think so.
Also I just got to the part where Ohgren joins my party, we're gonna search for this Paragon named Branka. :v:
Good luck, I hated that part.
Don't think so. Good luck, I hated that part.
Well I just finished the game and my fucking god did they drag out on Orzammar. I hate it with a passion now. [SP] Also the final mission was a bitch, my whole party died but I managed to ballistae my way to kill the Archdemon. But one thing I can't understand it..they show Alistair dying and all but in the small text-panels showing what happened and such it says he was a good ruler with his queen and whatnot. [/SP]
The default last name for human mage is Amell so I set his first name to Car.

I finished the game only calling the dwarf army and just had the main character constantly attack the archdemon while everyone else was fighting darkspawn. Main was a arcane warrior 2nd cleric - Wynne 3rd tank - Sten 4th defensive warrior - Alistair
The Deep roads is the biggest piece of horse shit this game has to offer. Started a new character, female human noble rogue. Also this was my party on the first playthrough. My main Darrian who was a Warrior Elf of City Elf Origin. My second was Alistair the tank. My third was Morrigan the offensive mage And my fourth but..well..not least [SP] Zevran until he went rogue after which I killed him I chose Ohgarn [/SP]
Oghren is the most useless companion ever.
Oghren is the most useless companion ever.
Yet he's still awesome.
i'm in the deep roads and don't have the will to play any more. most boring part of the game.
Oghren is the most useless companion ever.
You tell that to the [SP] bitch Morrigan who wanted to have some darkspawn kid with my character and I only wanted her to stay and help, she could leave for all I care after that. [/SP]
This Ulrich guy or whatever his name is. The blood mage in the Mage Tower that grows into that huge demon with the Army of abominations. I can't even get him to half his health without dying. D: Any tips on killing him?
What the Hell do I have to do to kill Uld-whatever in the mages tower? I can't even get him down to half his health. It'd be fine if he didn't have so many Abominations running after me nonstop. >:|
Get take out the abominations first, then just focus on the guy. If he starts to fuck up one of the circle mages, use the item you got off of niall to stop him, so you don't have to fight any other abominations.

I already forgot about that scroll Niall gave me. And he MADE SURE to tell me to remember it too. :| Alright, thanks, I'll try that

[/SP]
Oh well he is a great character and I agree that he's a lot better than that static titty monster but as a companion his role is either covered by other characters or just doesn't help at all.
