Counter-Strike has an amazing singleplayer.
TF2's is better.
TF2's is better.
let's not start this shit again
Red Dead Redemption has pretty spot on singleplayer, and the multiplayer is awesome, especially with friends. [editline]Edited.[/editline] Fuck, you said fps. Meh, it's still a good game.
Unreal tournament 3 is decent
Unreal tournament 3 is decent
The single player is shit and lacks any sort of story.
Why not...? Have you ever played it?
I have played all of them. I sent BC2 back to the store after 3 days and got my money back. Waste of time.
The single player is shit and lacks any sort of story.
Not to mention the 360 version of the game is by far the worst. Even the PS3 version of all things has mods.
Rainbow Six Vegas series :smug:
The single player is shit and lacks any sort of story.
That's because Unreal Tournament doesn't have a story you twat. Same with Quake 3, no story.

Alrighty, fair enough.
BC1. The singleplayer is fantastic. [editline]06:58AM[/editline] oh and the multiplayer.
Crysis and Starcraft II
Halo multiplayer is pretty addictive. Once you go truskill, you never go back. And I'd say Halo has one of the better stories in a shooter around. Bungie are good at this shit, and the missions are pretty well made.
Bioshock 2
Halo Reach
Gears of Halo: Modern Company
bc2 has decent singleplayer. multiplayer is the best fps to date. crysis 2 when it comes out will be good, its multiplayer has always been fun (if hard to get good at) and singleplayer is ofc fantastic.
Borderlands
bc2 has decent singleplayer. multiplayer is the best fps to date. crysis 2 when it comes out will be good, its multiplayer has always been fun (if hard to get good at) and singleplayer is ofc fantastic.
BC2 has probably the worst SP of any shooter I've ever played, boring shitty setpiece after boring shitty setpiece, am I playing a game or is the game playing me? I can't tell. It's not a good story, it's barely a story at all. The characters could be decent but they're never explored. It doesn't teach you how to play MP, it's not fun in any particular fashion, so uh... utterly pointless, why they even wasted time making it I have no effing idea. MP is pretty good though.
Call of Duty 4 has a good Singleplayer and a great Multiplayer.
Anybody play that after MW2 came out though?
Sex. [editline]07:15AM[/editline] Single-player can be done at any time. [editline]07:15AM[/editline] Multiplayer is great, but may require a girlfriend or any number of females and/or males.
Battlefield Bad Company 1. Great Singleplayer, and multiplayer was pretty damn good. Doubt anyone still plays it though. Bad Company 2's SP is a MW2 rip off, and the MP is just plain laggy with horrible hit boxes and weapon damage.
Halo, the multiplayer is good and the singleplayer is pretty decent, though best enjoyed in local co-op.
Call of duty 4.
I bought halo reach but because of shitty mail times, i cant be home to recieve it :C I have to pick it up in a city full of trouble and people trying to be gangsters, ;C
-snip [editline]12:19PM[/editline] Dammit, didn't realize I was on page 5.
CoD4: MW Is good. not sure if many people play it still, though
Gears of halo theft auto six.
