yep, most comp teams I know have a couple backup players or subs just incase the primaries can't make it.
Welcome packs have just gone out, leaders should forward it to anyone I forgot to email (but not the leader's addendum email)
As for the sub thing, just notify me at least 30 minutes before your next match and I'll sub them out temporarily. Make sure they're a similar skill level.
