To be honest I'm rather crap at leading. Last time in the first really fast Ogame clone (I think), I made like everyone leaders, which turned out rather well since we were many.
But maybe that works here too since we are not a huge group of players. Anyhow I don't like leading alone.

I haven't put much progress into military research, the best ship I can build is a heavy fighter which I unlocked two hours ago. Most of my resources go into upgrading mines and energy.
