You can colonize 1 planet without the tech I think, but if you want to colonize another, you gotta research it.

yo yo, I sent a NAP (non-aggression pact) request to the WARP alliance. Waiting for their answer. They're mainly a neutral alliance like we are, and are ranked #3 with 200 members so it's good to keep relations up.

fucking pirates attacked my expedition fleet consisting of 10 light fighters, 2 heavy fighters,1 cruiser, 7 small cargos and 5 espionage drones, they destroyed one of my espionage drones, fuck you pirates, that was my favorite drone of all time
